This year our mountains have had record breaking amounts of snow! It's just been incredible! Last month (middle of June) we went up to see the walls of snow. Everyone fell asleep on the way up! :)

There were just unbelievable amounts of snow up there! It was something to see! Now it's the middle of July, and just last week, my parents went cross country skiing up there! :)
On the way down, we stopped at a lower campground for lunch. We come here all the time with the Andersons, but it was all flooded out!
This is usually a nice little stream only a few inches deep... and now...
It is also incredibly green everywhere up there, too!
We finally found a spot where we could make a fire. We were all having some trouble, though. Ken had a sudden stomach ache, Taysum and Bailey touched the fire ring, which was still hot from the previous campers and burned their fingers. My sinuses were giving me trouble from the elevation. It was pretty crazy, but we toughed it out and had a good time anyway! :)
